Returns (refunds and exchanges)
Please let us know if you are unhappy with your item. You have 30 (thirty) days to request a refund or exchange of an item purchased from optimumelectricpower.com with a valid receipt. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for purchases more than 30 (thirty) days old.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and returned with any accessories, labels, and “free gifts” or bonus items. The buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs associated with any return. Some items are subject to restocking fees. Since we are a distributor of third-party goods, some items may also be subject to the return policy of the manufacturer.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email notification confirming that we have received the item and confirming your refund. Once confirmed, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 business days.
